FAQ 

1) Warranty

Each piece of wood carving from Perfect Three is finely sanded and ready to accept stain/finish.
Live knot smaller than 1/4" is accepted.
The carving is made with hand and CNC combined, quality and carving consistency of each shipment can be assured. 
We make refund and replacement for defected products. Both way are based on the detailed pictures of
defected products from customer. Replacement will be included in your next shipment.
 
2) Payment terms
 
30% deposit, 70% at copy of BOL.
PAYPAL is acceptable for order less than USD600.
L/C is also accepted.
 
3) Lead time
 
2 weeks for air shipment. 3-4 weeks for LCL orders for stock items.
5-6 weeks for 20FT container and 6-8 weeks for 40FT containers.
Custom items will be confirmed when you place the order.
 
4) Sample
 
We charge high for samples but the payment will be returned to customer when order is placed.
 
5) Shipping
 
We can organisze air and sea shipping for customers.
We also work with the cargo agent appointed by customers.
Consolidation with your goods from other suppliers can also be organised.
 
6) Custom design
 
Digital Drawing can be developed based on customer idea or reference.
Production starts upon customer's approval on the drawing.
 
7) How to get quotes
